The Hunters Senior Leadership team has successfully completed a Management Buyout (MBO) as of January 2025, paving the way for an exciting future.
The MBO was a decade in the making and sees Hunters’ move into a new chapter coinciding with our 35th year in business with a leadership team dedicated to innovation, growth, and maintaining the company’s core values.
Our new owners are:
- Stef Brennan, Managing Director
- Norman Campbell, Finance Director
- Lewis Harman, Business Development Director
- Rob Cannon, Technical Director
Each of them brings unique strengths that combined will lead Hunters to fulfill its ambitious growth targets and continue the success that we have experienced since the company was founded in 1990.
Meet the new owners
STEF BRENNAN - Managing Director
Stef’s journey at Hunters began as an 18-year-old work experience student. He returned at 21 as a Sales Junior and worked his way up over the next 23 years to Sales Director before ultimately being appointed as Managing Director.
With a creative and proactive approach, Stef leads with energy and determination. His passion for the company and belief in nurturing talent is central to his vision.
“I’ve always been proud to share my length of service, but now I take even greater joy in hearing team members proudly talk about how much they love working at Hunters and how long they’ve been part of the team.”
NORMAN CAMPBELL - Finance Director
Passionate about Hunters and its legacy, Norman is one of our longest serving employees having been with the business for 26 years.
He originally joined as an Accountant in 1999, was promoted to Finance Director in 2006, and has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring its stability and growth.
His vision for the next five years is to exceed £50m turnover by 2030 and maintain Hunters’ place as a market leader.
“Now that the MBO is complete, the general feeling is one of excitement for the future of Hunters and the next chapter ahead.”
Through a robust financial strategy, Norman wants to support and add value to all internal and external stakeholders including upholding financial and legal compliance across the business.
LEWIS HARMAN - Business Development Director
Lewis joined team Hunters in 2008 and has since led Hunters into new markets and expanded our design-led approach.
His journey began with launching the Architecture and Design-focused sales aspect of the business, which positioned Hunters at the forefront of larger, more complex projects.
His ability to build strong industry relationships, identify new opportunities, and mentor the next generation of sales professionals ensures that the business remains a leader in the market.
Lewis also champions our sustainability efforts, recently leading on our impact report and carbon reduction plan set to launch later this year
ROB CANNON - Technical Director
Rob’s journey with Hunters began in 2004 with a three-month temporary role. What started as a short stint turned into a lifelong career as he quickly found a passion for the industry and the Hunters culture.
Rob has since become a key figure in shaping our operational processes and implementing innovations that have helped the company scale and adapt.
“I never expected to be in this position. I was always happy just doing a job I love, but when the opportunity to help shape Hunters’ future came up, I knew I couldn’t say no.”
Looking ahead, Rob is excited to introduce new technology and processes that will enhance efficiency, reinforce our supply chain, and elevate the client experience.

Now that the MBO is complete, Hunters is entering an exciting new chapter led by a team committed to its legacy.
As the company sets its sights on sustainable growth and expanding its influence, the focus remains on innovation, relationships, and maintaining the high standards that have defined Hunters for decades.
